Micah Green is one of the best cds I bought since Smallville started. I also bought Phantom Planet and its a good cd but not a great one. Micah Green has lots of amazing songs and my favorite is Hollywood and Famiy Circus. I also like John Mayer but I havent bought that cd yet.

i am a huge fan of smallville on tv and micah's songs keep playing on it. he's been on a bunch of episodes so i got the cd and love it.

Micah Green's debut album has all the making for a good record. Thoughtful lyrics, well-played music, and a personal voice. The album also has been well produced by established singer/ songwriter Duncan Sheik.( For those who don't know he had the hit "Barely Breathing" a few years back.) My personal favorite song on the record is " Start Again", because I think it showcases his vocal ability. Easily my favorite record of the year, this thing continues to grow on me with every listen. A must-have for fans of Duncan Sheik, Elliot Smith or Guided By Voices. I kind of hope this one does not get sold out and played out like so many other formerly great indies.

This is a great album...it has ended up in my car changer and i listen to it all the time. The songs are so intimate and personal, yet incredibly original. Micah is a true talent.
