The VBP800 features a folding 8-inch LCD screen with 720 x 480-pixel resolution, dual stereo speakers (2 watts each), 2 headphone jacks, and a composite A/V input (for connecting a game system) and output. The DVD player is compatible with CD-R/RW discs as well as MP3 digital audio and JPEG image files. It comes with a rechargeable NiMH battery, and it can also be powered by a cigarette lighter adapter in the car or an AC adapter when indoors.
