All 20 songs were written and test focused with hundreds of children in the NYC and NJ area. The songs are meant to be a highly interactive and fun way to enhance what the children are already learning at this age. There are 4 story songs to enhance imagination and language development, movement songs to enhance gross motor development and body awareness, songs to enhance rhythm development to be used with percussive instruments, as well as songs written specifically for use with sign language. I am always searching for great children's music. This CD is proof that there are great artists out there who are not getting the exposure other children's artists are. Our family absolutely loves this CD. Kimmy Schwimmy's music is incredibly well written.
