There was no description of the dimensions of this item. We thought it was about twice the size. Transformers for this price usually are. This was misleading not to make the size available. Most online stores provide descriptions that include dimensions. Why not Game City? We will not repeat business with Game City again. Amazon needs to address this issue with its 3rd party vendors. Amazon is ultimately responsible.

Out of all fairness on my ratings, I don't know how durable it is and how much fun it is, but worth fifty bucks it is not. I expected it to be at least twice as big as it is. It is very small for the price. Not a happy parent.

A lot of people are complaining that Bumblebee is no longer a VW Bug. Hasbro has liscencing reasons why they chose not to use that car, but at the same time they could have chosen not to re-release this character as a new, highly poseable toy too, so don't complain too loudly...
Anyway, yes this car no longer looks like a Bug, but having said that, the original toy was a lot smaller and didn't actually look like the cartoon character either. This version of the toy is very well made and the headsculpt is nearly a perfect ... Read More

Most Old Skool fans are angry he's not a VW Beetle anymore. I kinda never liked beetles anyway, so Im happy with the new unlicenced thing. It looks like a mix of a MINI and a Peugeot. He transforms better than most, the picture does'nt do him justice, it makes him look stiff. Actually, for how bulky he is, he's amazingly bendable, I particularly like that his "door/shields" are'nt attached to his arm, their on a cuffling that rotates so they wont be too awkward like many of the others with "door/shields". The Jetski Jetpack adds an unneeded ... Read More

I'm gearing this review mostly to people who grew up with Transformers in the 1980's and would either like to relive their memories or introduce their kids to the same things they enjoyed. If you're not familar with the original Bumblebee character or toy, then in a nutshell I'll say "Yes, it's cool, and your kids will like it!"
Okay, now for the old school fans...
As another reviewer mentions, Volkswagen will no longer allow Hasbro to produce toy molds in the likeness of their cars, because they don't want their vehicles ... Read More
