My 5 year old son likes his new bike because it is a Transformer bike. However, he does get frustrated by it's weight sometimes, especially trying to go up an incline. And I get frustrated because his seat is constantly crooked, and I can't seem to tighten it enough to make that stop happening. All in all, I would say buy this bike if your kid is really into Transformers, but otherwise you are probably better off with something a bit better built.

My 3 year old son loves this bike - Mainly because it's his first bike and it has Optimus Prime on it. That's the good part.
The bad part - this bike is cheap. Some parts broke before my son even rode it. I took them off and he never knew.
So, for learners this bike is ok, but if your kid rides a lot get something better.

The kids like this bike but the training wheels are not made that good and wore out very quickly. The bike is also very heavy for a 16" bike and my son had to use his older brothers old 16" while learning how to ride it without the training wheels. A lighter bike is just easier to handle from him.
I wish they made bikes more practical little kids these days.....

This bike makes a pretty awesome gift. I purchased it for my 4yr old son for christmas. It was alittle weird to see the bike in a box, but once I opened it to assemble it, it wasn't that bad. The instructions were pretty helpful. The only thing that was alittle frustrating was the front brake. Other than that, smooth assembly, and came in New condition as listed. Shipping was perfect. Would recommend this for others.

Making a round wheel should be a good start with you make a Bi-Cycle, meaning 2 wheels.... Hey guys, start with making a round wheel before you ship it to the US market, or maybe stop laughing that you shipped yet another piece of junk to the US. Thank God I built it 2 weeks before Christmas. My son would have been very upset. Thanks Transformer Bike Maker Dude!
