I ordered this item for a birthday party, when it did not arrive by the expected ship date, I emailed the seller. They got right back to me and sent another one quickly, it arrived the day before the party. It was in great shape. Two weeks later the first order arrived, so I contacted the seller again to return it, we were not billed twice. I am awaiting a return postage lable to send it back.
