First, as the price should indicate for a figure of this detail, it dosen't transform just so there's no confusion. And yes I mean detail, the pictures don't do this figure justice. Snap on/off hands to hold the megatron gun mode that is included are a highlight, or at least should have been, but the end of the megatron gun broke the first day.
