Leader Class - Premium Megatron features a new head sculpt and a darker color scheme. Megatronâs outlandish Cybertronian jet mode looks a little bit like one of Leonardo da Vinciâs flying machines. A towering, bulky, dinosaur-footed monstrosity, bearing a slightly simplified version of the movie Megatronâs intricate armor plating, Megatron boasts a reasonably high level of articulation. His special features include electronic sounds and lights, a launching claw that becomes a chain whip, and arms that combine to form a fusion cannon. Initially Megatron was Cybertronâs designated Lord High Protector, although eventually he succumbed to his consuming lust for the Allspark. Megatronâs agenda placed him in opposition of Optimus Prime and the Autobot militia gathered to the cause.

This is a really great toy. It has a smooth metallic silver color, which is exactly how he appears in the movie, and it is very durable. Do not purchase the other leader class, which has a discoloration gray and is not the color portrayed in the film. If you are looking for a true Megatron similar to the film, than buy this premium leader class. Megatron rocks!!!

To be sincere I found the regular version of this toy several times at retail, however it had something that prevented me to make the purchase...But then, when I learned the premium line was about to be released and Meg would be repainted in realistic colors, I took the chance to have him at a decent price.
