First and foremost, this is a great film that portrays the Dark Knight in a sinister setting with fantastic movie sets and an amazing score by Danny Elfman - all prerequisites to a blockbuster. This Blu-ray Disc is region-free and will play fine in U.S. model players. The extras from the 2-disc DVD are here, and in NTSC (so those will play, too). This is also uncut, unlike previous home video versions of the film in the U.K. (a scene where Catwoman puts aerosol cans into a microwave was originally cut in the U.K. but it's present here). This movie looks much better than the initial Keaton Batman...on Blu-Ray. THey have imported over all the bonus features from the 2 disc DVD edition so this happily replaces that edition with improved picture and sound. I'm very pleased to have these on Blu-ray and if you are a fan I can't imagine you being disappointed. Like the first one its aspect ratio is 1:85 so it fills up your widescreen TV perfectly and from the Penguins nasty teeth to Catwomans red lips...Hi-def really makes this one jump! ... Read More
