These watches are part of Armitron's limited edition Superman Watches. (TM) DC Comics (S2005). The watch comes in a cool superman motif box. The face of the watch is black (in the pictures it looks like its grey, but it really is black) There is a silver / metallic superman sign on the face as well. Please note that this watch may need a new battery due to being kept/saved since 2005. This watch has been Discontinued by Manufacturer (because they did not renew their license with WB / DC).
