This is another awesome figure from Dc Universe classics line. Have a lot attention to details specially his weapon...making him a real King of Atlantis. Overall is a fun action figure to play with or just to display it in your bookshelf.

This is Aquaman from wave 7 of the DC Universe Classics line. He's wearing his blue "camouflage" suit that didn't catch on. Note, he is not a variant of Aquaman from wave 2 but part of another wave altogether.

This particular Aquaman figure is special because it shows Aquaman in the suit he wore in a fabulous 4 Issue Limited Series from some time ago (80s I think). This is truly a beautiful figure of Aquaman wearing a lesser known costume. I'm happy that DC would make the effort to make such a figure. My only complaint would be that the head size is too small relative to the body size.

Based upon Aquaman's much-maligned costume redesign for a DC Comics four issue mini-series from over twenty years ago, I must admit that Mattel knocked this figure out of the park. It is simply superb!! Since DC Comics eliminated this funky water camouflage uniform as soon as the mini-series was over (in other words, it bombed with fans), it is a real surprise that the "Ocean Warrior" motif would be resurrected this way for an action figure vs. using Aquaman's more recent barbarian appearance.
