This scorponok is really cool. His vehicle mode is pretty detailed. His appendages have spinning blades on them that rotate when the toy is rolled forwards or backwards. His scorpion-like tail has a stinger on the end that can be launched forwards, but doesn't come off the toy. I bought this for my son who just turned 4. He loves this toy. It's cool and a little different from the other Transformers because it's a scorpion rather than an automobile. The arms rotate (like a drill) when he's in scorpion form which makes him more menacing. The appendages are made to pop off if too much force is applied and the little grey scorpion legs pop off a little too easily in my opinion because I keep finding them on the floor. He's not a big as he looks on the picture, but none the less, he is cool. As an adult collector he's a great toy to add to your transformer collection. I wouldn't recommend this to smaller kids, seems like small parts may come off.
