I thought this book was exciting. My favorite part was when the characters were in the caves. I was disappointed in the ending because it left me "hanging".

I read this book a few months ago and I thought it was cute.It was easy reading and I didnt have to take a long time reading it. It is a good adventure story and I liked it. This book was filled with adventure. I also liked the foarming relationship between Shimmer(dragon) and Thorn(human). I thought this book was very entertaining and good to pass by time.

Dragon of the Lost Sea is perhaps one of the best Fantasy books I have ever read.Other reviews say that a pearl called the Mist Stone holds Princess Shimmer's sea (The Inland Sea). No no no and no. The evil witch Civet wears a bright blue pebble around her neck containing the Lost Sea (Inland Sea). a dragon princess named Shimmer is trying to kill the witch with help from her human companion Thorn. The travel mountains, dried seas, and human villages to recover the Lost Sea.

This was a great book. Not one of the best I have read but a good book all together. It is about a Dragon who has had praticlly her whole life taken from her. A demon named Civet has trapped her home in a jewel and now shimmer wants it back. On her journey she meets a boy who is just like her, an outcast left alone by his parents. They end up bonding and Thorn joins her on her quest. Civet has made friends with a powerful wizard. The wizard chases Shimmer through most of the book. At the end of the book, Shimmer defeats Civet, regains the jewel, and her world and life comes back to her. I would suggest this to any fantasy fan.
