This is a wonderful story for children. I loved it when I was a child and my son loves it just as much. He asks me to read it to him at night and he is only 2 1/2. What an impression this book has already left on him!!

- A great relationship between a girl and a Giant
I love this book because it has imagination and creativity. This book is about a girl traveling around the streets but gets lost in her traveling. She then finds a "BFG"(Big Friendly Giant)he then takes her in and raises her until the encounter different things during her stay in the cave. when they live in the cave she gets older and older until the BFG can't take care of her anymore. This book is funny and exiting. It was a great book to read.

I first read this book in fourth grade. When I got to the snozzcumbers and fizzy lifting drink, it was during silent reading time and my teacher had to tell me to stop laughing so hard. Now that I am older I still love the book and I can't wait till I can read it to my daughter. His book has a way of talking to adults as well as children which I find interesting.

The BFG is a fantastic book. It's funny, well written and interesting because of the creative myths. The BFG is my favorite book, and Roald Dalh is my favorite author. You must read this book. It's great!!!

I loved this book. I thought the language of the BFG is amazing. He kept me laughing through the whole book. My teacher had to explain a few of his humor to us. I didn't like the other giants, they were very mean to the BFG. I am glad the BFG is happy and so is Sophie.
