To start off, I enjoyed the book. Christine Feehan is not what I would call an A+ author for me, and what I mean by that is, she's just not very consistant, at least in my mind. There are some of her books that I think are truly well written and then there are some of her books that make me want to gag, I find them so atrocious.

Luckily, this book was not of the latter. 'Dangerous Tides' is the fourth book of the Drake sisters, and revolves around the fourth sister, Libby Drake. Libby is the self-admitted good girl in the family, being that she just can't seem to be mean - about anything or to anybody.

Libby, who is ashamed of her flat-chest body, has secretly harbored an attraction for Ty Derrick, a fellow arrogant but deliciously hunky genius like yourself. Ty feels the same, and of course, romance pursues.

I didn't intend to find myself enjoying the book so much. When reading the snyopsis, I thought it'd be boring. Just another situation for me to recall when I start judging books by the cover again. Ty and Libby's relationship is very steady and believable, but that is where I hesitate to give it 5 stars - the chemistry wasn't sizzling.

What I really liked most about this book is the references to the future books. Hannah's book is next in line and is going to be released Oct. 2006, and let me tell you, I can't WAIT! Straight from 'Magic in the Wind' I knew the story between Hannah and Jonas was well worth the anticipation.

Not only Hannah, but Joley and Elle's as well. Joley and Illya... Elle and Jackson (a personal yum from my corner of the room)... Feehan has created a series that ranks second best only to her infamous Dark series.

This book is awesome. I absolutely love Christine's imagination and the way that she writes. I look forward to all of her books! I have saved every book that I have bought from her and read them over and over again. She is a fabulous author and I highly recommend her books.

Each Drake Sister Novel increases ones' thirst for the next. I can hardly wait for Hannah - it just has to be only one man for her - if you are reading you know who and Elle - lately one begins to think Jackson may be the only one the gate opens for to get to her.
Cristine simply writes in a way that joins us as family to her characters - whether Carpatian or Drake.
Just please do not stop writing Ms. Feehan - I buy your books sight unseen and you deserve it!

Compared to some books around recently, this book is pretty much what you expect from Christine Feehan, all in all it was a good read.
