This book was awesome! Go read it! Need I say more?

I felt that the surprise ending was very cleverly planned. I really like the way that Kaeldra ended up falling in love with ----- (I'm not giving anything away). I also feel that Pyro and Embyr should come back; I don't know, maybe they do, I have yet to read the other books in the series.

I felt that it was morally repulsing, what Modin did to Synge in the end (again, I will not give anything away). I think maybe that was just a little insane.

I have only one complaint: everyone has a 'y' in their name! It just bugged me. Lyf, Mirym, Granmyr, Ryfenn, Embyr, Pyro, Synge... I could go on and on and on. But aside from that, this is a book that must be read.

- Kaeldra and the three draclings
This book by Susan Fletcher is about a girl named Kaeldra whose sister is sick with Vermilion Fever. She will die if she doesn't get the cure: dragon's milk. Kaeldra has to earn it from a dragon by watching her draclings while she is out hunting. But one night, she learns that the mother dragon died and she has to take the babies to a place where they won't be killed. The rest of this book you will have to read for yourself. This is an adventure book, but it also has a little bit of sadness and just a little bit that is gross, but it is still a very exciting book to read. This is a sixth grade reader that just loves this book. READ THIS BOOK!

This is a great book about a girl named Kaeldra who is faced with the quest to save some Draclings from those who would kill them. She is also being hunted, having the ability to speak to Dragons. I found this book to be wonderfully written. It's inspired my own stories about Dragons since I've read it at age 10!

I think Dragon's Milk is a great book. I think Susan Fletecher is a good writer. It was so detailed I could see it in my mind. I liked the part were Grammyr made the Ancient Ones in the red clay. I didn't like the parts where Foira and Snyge died. I think anybody who likes fantasies and dragons should read it.

Dragons milk is an enticing story of a young girl who can speak dragon toung and must use her gift to bargain with a dragon whose draclings hane just hatched in order to bring some the precios dragon's milk to her foster sister to cure a deadly illness.I think that you,young or old, should read this book.The detail of this book pulls you in and doesn't let go!If you get this,DO NOT read the back of it ! It spoils half the story!
