"Supergirl from Krypton" is a requirement for Supe fans, lots of fun for Bat and Wonder Woman fans, too. My last exposure to Superman comics were big battles without any real suspense or mystery, so I was pleasantly surprised by the Supergirl story. Batman finds her ship, Superman goes head over heels for a fellow Kryptonian, and Wonder Woman plays a large role in training the young girl. Darkseid is a powerful villain, but there are a couple moments when he comes off like a wuss. But overall, great story. Loeb gives Supergirl an origin that connects with the bigger DCU, not just Supe's world. Nice touch. The end of the arc is strong, with Supergirl choosing to become a heroine. When she finally suits up, you can't help but cheer out loud!
I'm not usually a big fan of Michael Turner's art, but his style is a nice match with Loeb's action-packed story. (Although I'm still not convinced that superpowered women are most comfortable in thongs). I wouldn't choose him for ongoing artist, but I enjoyed this run. The action sequences look terrific, and Turner has plenty of full-page splashes.

I am mostly a Marvel guy, but I have started to read more DC stuff, and this series takes the cake, especially for newbies like myself. Loeb handles these icons with perfection. The art is spectacular. Turner can do the super-sexy super-chick thing perfectly. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful

This book is so cool. I generally didnt like supergirl, but the way she is presented by Loeb and Turner, makes her irresistable. Also Batman and Superman! enough said. I like this book more than the first and encourage Loeb and Turner to continue working together. Great art and great storytelling is what comics are all about, and together they do just that and more.

Superman/Batman: Supergirl Volume 2 is great! I really enjoyed this book because I feel Michael Turner put a-lot of effort in the artwork! His renditions of Superman,Batman,Supergirl,Wonder woman, the Amazons, and Darkseid is amazing! The story by Jeph Loeb and artwork by Michael Turner, re-introduces Supergirl to the DC Universe! There are apperances by many DC heroes from the Justice League of America, Teen Titans, and JSA. I highly recommend this book! A

I really enjoyed the book. I liked how the pictures were pretty clear. I've always like Batman and Supergirl. I think that they should've gotten together, like not argueing, but this is Batman. He suspects everything.
