This cd is flawless. I can't understand why so many people don't like it. Powerful songs like Anything and Wounded are enough to buy the cd. Ten Days Late is a great song. 1000 Julys are great for anyone who likes the harder 3eb stuff. Slow Motion is a great calm peaceful song. You may ask is it better than the last cd or Out of the Vein? It's hard to say because each 3eb album is worth getting. 3eb never comes out with a bad song.

- Some people don't know good music when they hear it
I grew up listening to 3EB. Their sophomore effort only make me more of a believer. Every song on this album has its own [great] feel to it. My favs on this cd include: "Anything", "Wounded" and "The Red Summer Sun". I have yet to hear 3EB's new cd, so ill have to pick it up soon. But I'll bet I won't be disappointed.

- Nearly flawless... VERY underated
Blue is nothing short of spectacular. It's nothing like their Self Titled debuted and nothing like their new album 'Out of the Vein'. No 3EB album sounds alike, each one has their own identity. This is their hardest rocking album and also their most experimental by far. It is unlike anything you have ever heard.

Track list:
Anything: What a way to start off the album. This song is only two minutes long but starts off the album with a bang, a very catchy and memorable song.

Wounded: The best song 3EB has written. This song has several different sides to it (starts off slow tempo, gets fast, slow again, fast) which I love. The most sad/emotional/uplifting song I have ever heard. My favorite song of all time.

10 Days Late: Another one of my favorites, an all out rocker. The highlight of this song is the choir section and the transition to the Stephans brilliant vocals at the end of the song. Very underated 3EB song.

Never Let You Go: If this song was left off the album then it would have been flawless. I'm sure you've heard this pop song on the radio before. The worst song 3EB has written. It does not fit in with the rest of the album at all. WARNING: If you are going to buy this album because of this song you may be dissapointed. None of the other tracks sound anything like this one.

Deep Inside of You: This is a pretty ballad with real nice build to it.

1000 Julys: The hardest rocker on the album. Love the lyrics. This is an awesome song to crank up in the car.

An Ode to Maybe: This is another fun/short song with clever lyrics. May take a while for you to get into but once it hits you you'll never look back.

Red Summer Sun: This is 3EB's epic song. It takes on many different tempos and personalities. Starts out slow tempo but then speeds the hell up into an awesome section of the song that sounds like ACDC. The end of the song is slow tempo and very mezmerizing. A brilliant song.

Camouflage: WOW!!! One of my fav 3EB songs of all time. This song is absolutely fantastic. Very experimental. It took me nearly one year to realize how awesome this song is but I haven't been able to stop playing it the past couple years. It is a very complex song with lots of stuff happening.

Farther: Everytime I hear this song I get a smile on my face. The tempo and beat to it is very uplifting. It is a song I play whenever I feel down in the dumps.

Darkness: Very powerful song. Dark, moody, experimental, and brilliant. The last few minutes of this song always ignites a chill in my body.

Darwin: This song took the most time for me to warm up to but now I realize I had been missing a truely awesome song. Very imaginitive lyrics.

Slow Motion: Prefer the uncut version but this instrumental version is very beautiful.

"Blue" is perhaps the most underrated CD I've ever heard in my life. The songs are great, from "Anything" to "Darwin," and it's a real shame that Elektra robbed us of the lyrics to "Slow Motion," which is a really great song with the lyrics thank you very much. I'd recommend hearing it live as well. This is perhaps the best of the three albums, period. It's a shame the masses will never hear much about it.

Blue is yet again another under-rated album by 3eb. This band gets the least amount of songs played on the air and its confusing because they write such beautiful music. If your a first time buyer with 3eb i recommend there first 2 albums and there third after you begin to like them."Anything" an awsome way to start the cd is unfortunally about 2 min long, but that does set up there next song "wounded" which one of their best. Every song i have to say is really amazing but tracks 10-12 are amazing. Not so much in sound and in rhythm but the lyrics will simply blow you away. Jenkins really lets himself go in this album and its great to see what a great song writer feels. AWESOME CD JUST LIKE THERE FIRST ONE.
