In Jenn's first cd she really hits on key points of walking the narrow road; our struggles with temptaion, agony of failure, and neverending forgiveness that we never deserve. She beautifully blends all her insightful lyrics with an original folk/pop sound that drawls and soars, that's lulling and sweat. But Jenn also knows how to rock with the best of them, performing back up for Audio Adrenaline's "Peace like a River". Her second release Lay It Down, is nothing short of a masterpiece; relinquishing all her previous high points and adding fresh insightful meaning to new lyrics like "A Little More" and "I Wanna Know You". Jenn's multiple talents of songwriting, singing, and guitar are grandly displayed and the glory is duely directed to the One who instilled them. What more can be said? The album ROCKS!

I just want to say that this CD is AWESOME! I would reccomend this cd to anyone even those that aren't christian! If you liked her first cd you will LOVE this one! Jennifer Knapp is my all time favorite christian artist. She has a beautiful voice and she beautifully expresses her love for Christ in her music.
I HIGHLY reccomend this CD!

I never thoug i was going to meet jennifer.I whent to a "Alive" and my friend and I were going crazy to see Jennifer and Rebecca St. James, they are the coulest. When Jennifer was singin up on stage i never thoug she was goin to remember me, sinig oregrahfs. I saw how God move his way in my heart with her songs like "Undo Me" I love that song I cry all nigth. I could not believe how i felt.Thank u Jennifer my the Lord God Bless you!

I recently saw Jennifer Knapp in concert w/ Third Day and that girl rocks! She can really wear you out w/ all that energy and her rocking riffs, vocals and lyrics. A little bit folk, acoustic and very rock-n-roll. If you like the sounds of the Indigo Girls and Natalie Merchant, you will fall in love w/ Jennifer Knapp. Deep, meaningful lyrics and songs that just hit home. Not a dud in the bunch, just one hit after another... a greatest hits CD in the making.
