Lots of people don't even know who Greenwheel is, but they are totally awesome. This CD rocks, and due to popular beilef their sound IS much different from all other modern rock bands. They have awesome voices, and the lyrics are good as well. "Shelter", "Dim Halo" and "Breathe" are the best songs on the 'Soma Holiday' CD, but it is definently worth the [money] spent on it.
You most likely heard of them by their hit single "Shelter" or "Breathe". If you liked that... you'll like the rest of the cd. I'd recomend this cd to anyone who loves; Creed, Lifehouse, Our Lady Peace, or Default.
The wonderful lyrics written by non other then, Greenwheel themselves... will blow you away. Mixed with the great music with it, its a great experience. I just bought it today, and haven't put it down. Each song takes you to a different level. I'm definently going with "Go buy this cd it rocks!!!"

This debut album is the one of the best debuts that I've ever heard. Soma Holiday is one of those records that you can listen to all the way through and not skip a track because you don't like that song. Every song has its own personality and doesn't get old no matter how many times you listen to it. If you haven't seen these guys perform live, which many haven't, I would definetly recommend going and checking them out, they put on one of the best live shows! The energy that comes from the stage is incredible!! They sound so good that you feel like you're listening to the CD (only its really loud), its awesome!! The best songs of the CD are "Dim Halo", "Breathe", "Faces", "Strong", and "Radiance". These 5 songs run the whole gamot of greenwheel music and each brings their own unique sound. GO GET THIS CD NOW!Platinum certified is only a matter of time....

After hearing "Shelter", and then "Breathe" on Smallville, I went out and bought Soma Holiday. I listened to it once, and thought it was pretty cool, but over the next few days I found myself listening to it more and more. You can listen to it all the way through, and enjoy every song, because they are all different. The band really seems to connect with each other, and the meaningful lyrics are a refreshing contrast to most top 40 acts today.
