Rating: - ALL CODES GET DELETED FOR NO REASON!!!
This is a copy of the mail I have sent to the company requesting their help. Let's see what they advise and if they care about their customer or care more about money. Before you buy this product find out what type of support you will get. Remember, there is no way to download codes directly back into the unit. Once deleted, it's gone.
My son has been using the action replay for GBA for several months now without a problem. All of a sudden today, he turns it on and all the games and codes are deleted. Why did this happen? You cannot delete all the games at once, only one game at a time. We do not use any other cheat code device. We have not entered a new code into the Action Replay recently. We have entered codes and there has been no problems. So why did this happen and what can be done to restore the codes.

I use an SP so it's easyer but.. here's the solution: press down softly on the game so the game is almost touching the very back of the system. keep holding it untill you're done.

Rating: - Action Replay VS Gameshark For GBA SP Also for Nitendo DS
I bought my AR system last week 1/12/05 and it claimed to also include codes for Poke'mon FireRed and LeafGreen but when I plugged it into my GBA SP system All I could find was the Poke'mon Ruby and Sapphire but not the afore mention FireRed or LeafGreen in addition when I go to the AR official site I can find the codes for these ok but there wasw no suggestion how to input them to my AR but to print off the list of codes and manually enter all 218 cheats and when I put the AR (with a game inserted) into my Nintedo DS I am unable to use it. Gamesshark though did not claim to have codes for any particular Pokemon game but it seemed to have a compairable list of games preinstalled and it also had Ruby and Sapphire but not FireRed or LeafGreen but I was'nt lead to believe by the box info that it would also the Gameshark seems to be so far perfectly compatible with the new Nitendo DS system as far as play GBA games and Running the Gameshark SW and Activating said codes for my GBA Game where as the Action Replay system locks the Nintendo DS up. the Action replay for GBA SP when Used in a GBA SP works great though and the cheats for the Action Replay goes further than activating just Items it will also let you ativate code to catch some of the Poke'mon in the wild and it put some in the PC you just have to rememer (which I could not find mentioned anywhere) you can only activate 1 Poke'mon at a time or you'll get bad eggs and you can only activate 1 PC Item at a time or it will display the items randomly and you might choose Rare Candy and actually get PP Max Instead but the activity items like inf money or all badges etc.., those don't seem to suffer from code conflicts if you activate more than one of them at a time

I got my Action Replay at December 22, 2003 and it works back then. But just today most of my codes are gone except for the ones resulting in Pokemon. Remember not to close the replat while it's saving a code, OR ALL YOUR CODES WILL BE DELETED! I got two Action Replays and that happened to one of them. So, be careful!
