- A Complete Work
This is a "must have" for John Williams fans. Although conducted by a couple of other conduters with the Prague Symphony Orchestra, it is all John Williams' musical score spanding many years of his spectacular work that makes this compilation special. There will be slight variances nautrally, some which are entertaining to discover, and some which may dissapoint, but one must realize that John Williams is that rare musical genius that is hard to duplicate. The orchestral work of the Prague Symphony Orchestra is encompassing, but not the same as the London Symphony Orchestra. Then again, not all of Williams' orignal work was performed by the London Symphony Orchestra. So, its a little give and take, however, the compilation is by far the most complete work to date.

- Stick with the original soundtracks
Like other uses have pointed out, the music are NOT conducted by John Williams nor performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, and they do NOT sound the same with the music from the movies. You are still getting a nice collection of music, but for the REAL John Willims music, you gotta buy the original soundtracks. These products just don't measure up to the authenticity of the glorious works by John Williams.

- A pure pleasure for ears
These CDs are a pure pleasure for the ears. When we listen all this music we can remember all the images of the different films.
It's fantastic: Indiana Jones, Harry Potter and the best of the best Star Wars.
Listen this music in your car and feel the effects on you. It's magic!!!!

- Disappointing
I thought that the music quality was fine, but the music did not sound the same as the music in the original soundtracks. John Williams does not conduct his songs on these CD's. I could hear differences between songs I allready own and songs on these CD's. It seemed like the conductor on these CD's interpreted the music differently and therefore the music did not sound the same. I did not like that I could hear the difference between the original soundtracks and the songs on these CD's. I also found an error with one of the song names. Instead of Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone, one of the song names was Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone. I would definitely recomend the original soundtracks over this set of CD's.

- Can't compare to the originals
While this 4-CD set does offer one of the most comprehensive collections of film music by the 20th century's greatest composer, I was very disappointed that they didn't have Williams himself conduct, or use original tracks from the movie scores. [...]
