DVD : A Pup Named Scooby-Doo, Vol. 1

In association with Amazon.com

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - a pup named scooby-doo vol 1
my kids liked a pup named scooby-doo they gave it 3 out of 5, i didnt like a pup named scooby-doo i would give it 1 out of 5

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Straight from the mom of the world's biggest Scooby Doo Fan
In "A Pup Named Scooby Doo," we get a sneak peak at what the meddling teens we all know and love from the original Scooby Doo cartoon series were like when they were younger. Each DVD has four episodes in which Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and a pup named Scooby Doo solve mysteries as the Scooby Doo Detective Agency.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Highly recommended DVD!
My 4 year old daughter loves Scooby Doo. However sometimes it can be too scary for her. That was until she discovered "A Pup Named Scooby Doo". She loves itand could watch it for hours at a time.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - not for little kids
You would think a Scooby-Do spinoff that has them as little kids would be appropriate for little kids. But Warner Bros. thought differently. They turned Freddie and Daphne into mean kids, added a recurring mean "bully" character, and made all the adults mean (in addition to being crooks, as usual).

Somehow, with the original series, the writers managed to create a permanent money machine and enduring hit while making every character nice. Is that impossible today?

This series is fine for adults who like cartoons but keep it away from your younger kids unless you want to teach them how to be bratty.

For younger children, go with Kipper the Dog, the Wiggles, even Dragon Tales--but avoid this Pup series. It's a dog.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - more volumes and not complete seasons yeah!!!
more corporate greed ,they know people want complete seasons but they dont care..all these episodes will be realeased in volumes and after that they will be realeased in seasons just so they can milk you for every dime you have.they did the same thing with scooby doo where are you and the biggest joke was the twilight zone which had 43 ..thats right freakin 43 volumes and then after that they realease complete seasons..i think i'll pass on these volumes for now F-U-W-B
