DVD : Smallville - The Complete Fourth Season

So a friend of mine turned me on to Smallville, which I decided to give a try. I purchased Season 1...and was hooked. So far I've purchased and watched in their entireties the first 4 seasons...and I MUST say...Season 4 is so far...by far...the BEST! If you are a Smallville fan and haven't seen Season 4...or even if you have and could use a refresher (it DID air about 3 years ago people :) - then GET IT NOW! If you haven't seen Smallville, but are curious about giving it a go - I would recommend starting with Season 1 - and working your way through. While Season 4 IS amazing - there are elements from each season which build upon each other. I mean - sure, you COULD have never watched the show, pick up Season 4...and would STILL love it - but trust me...if you put in the work of watching season 1, then 2...3...and THEN 4 - it will TOTALLY be a MUCH richer experience.

In short - get it. It's an amazing series with a GREAT cast - and best of all - it's got a good set of morals to portray (warning - there are a couple of SOMEwhat steamy scenes in Seasons 2 and 4).

This season was riveting and I cannot wait to view the 5th season. I am now addicted to Smallville and can't get enough. Thanks Amazon for saving me money over a certain "big box" store on the prices of the series.

Smallville is a fun series. Lots of good, mostly unknown young actors. Excellent story lines. High quality filming and great special effects. I highly recommend it for family viewing.

I saw a few episodes on TV and it intrigued me enough to purchase the 4th season since it was on sale for 15 bucks at best buy. What a show! Everything about it is adictively exciting. Every so often there are what I call filler episodes in which no major plot line is adressed and they are more about flings are cute situations (still good though). Real fun is when Clark follows his path to eventually becoming Superman.
HINT: Don't buy the dvds unless they are on sale! Amazon especially has them for $19.99 every so often so wait for that.

I recieved my DVD set of Smallville the 4th season in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. The original plastic shrink wrap was on the dvd set when it arrived.
