Another kid in Clark's class, Cyrus claims to be from another planet, and he even appears to have heat vision. One thing that seems for sure is, he has to ability to heal. Clark scores points with Lana by letting her keep her horse at the Kent farm. Cyrus ends up healing the horse. When Cyrus starts building a transmitter to talk his home planet, some bullies from school try to destroy Cyrus' transmitter and Clark has to save the day. Turns out in the end Cyrus had gotten false memories of being from space during the meteor shower when he saw Clark's ship land. One of the bullies gets his neck broke and Cyrus tries to heal him but the strain is too much, causing him to have a complete mental break down.
Meanwhile, Lex shows his future wife Helen his room of secrets. The room of the mansion with everything he's found out about the Kent's, especially concerning the accident where Clark saved him when he drove off the bridge on the first episode "The Pilot summary".
