A sniper goes after the Smallville mutants and saves Lana Lang in the process from a gill boy in a swimming pool. Clark ends up having to save Lex Luthor from the Smallville sniper which ends up revealing to the bad guy what Clark's weakness is.

Clark's life becomes endangered when the sniper shoots him with a kryptonite bullet. Luckily for Clark Jonathan and Martha are able to get the bullett out, saving his life.

Clark defeats the sniper with a lead vest which kryptonite rays cannot penetrate.

"Give It To Me" by Vishiss - Played when Clark, Pete and Chloe are walking through the hall, talking about what happened to Jake
"I Give You Take" by Maria - Played when Clark goes to the Talon to ask Lana to point out who she saw sitting with Jake that day.
"Goodbye Again" by Vertical Horizon - Played near the end of the episode when Lana goes to the Kent Farm to see how Clark is doing.
