This episode begins with Clark skinny dipping with Lana and Pa Kent giving
him a brand new truck. At that point if you didn't figure out Clark was
dreaming you haven't been watching Smallville.
Clark finds himself constantly falling asleep and being dragged into the
nightmares of his new neighbor who is comatose. Clark must help her defeat
her uncle both in her dreams and reality. Her uncle manifests himself to
her as a death like creature in her dreams while drugging her while she's
asleep.
Meanwhile , Lionel wants Lex to have
a psychological evaluation.

Played at the very beginning of the episode when Clark and Lana go
for a swim.

school hallway talking about their relationship.

are talking about the "Blue Lagoon" moment that he and Lana had
at the lake.

Kent truck just after he stole the "medicine" from Sarah's

episode when Clark is talking to Lana about the "girl next
door."
