Rumor has it that a major character is going to die in season finale. Im guessing it wont be, Lex, Clark or Lana. My hunches are that its going to be either Lionel Luthor or Jonathan Kent. Just my thoughts... who do you think??

I think it's going to be Jason - Lana's Boyfriend. There are some spoilers out there on the net saying just that. I sure hope it's not Lionel or Jonathan. I'm a big fan of John Schneider since the Dukes of Hazzard and Lionel Luthor is a great character even though he's mostly evil. It's cool to see why Lex will more than likely turn evil himself. __________________
I Think John Glover is an amazing actor, its quite funny how he manages to wind lex up too. They always have there little war games against eachother, Talk about ' like father, Like son!'
John Schneider is really good too, It would take ages for Clark to recover if he left... Very looking forward to it tho!

The funny thing is Jonathan Kent originally died while Clark was a teen in the old comics and of course Superman the movie and the old tv show in the 1950's. It wasn't till John Byrne's revamped Superman in the 1980's comics that both the Kents lived into Superman's adult life. Then the Lois and Clark series kept the Kents alive. So you have to wonder since their are reports that Smallville and the Superman Returns movie are going to try and tie in together somehow would they rekill Jonathan because the new movie is supposed to be based on the original Superman Movie and Superman 2 where Jonathan dies early on. I sure hope they don't kill Jonathan. John Schneider keeps the show grounded I think. Gives it that authenic country all American feel that is important for a Superman show. __________________

Maybe Lana is going to die, if you think about she has to leave some how. LOL. Maybe she goes all physco ghost crazy and gets killed. He is going to end up with Lois right?

Odds are it's Jason. I don't think he was brought on as a permanent character. Plus the last episode he was acting all evil like to Lana. A sure sign he's going to get killed. __________________
I never did like Jason or Lionel, so if either of them gets killed I won't care, but if Jonathon gets killed I'll be mad! I've liked him as an actor ever since his role in the Dukes of Hazzard.

I'd better be Jason. I hope it's not be Lionel or Jon, because John Glover is one of my favorite actors, and John Schneider is really good, too. I would hate to see anyone of them 'die'.

it'll b either pa kent or chloe because chloe said she would rathe die than reveal clark's secret (perhaps a hint at what will happen) and also its always the dad that dies in sperman
