what if clark had hit someone in the head and killed them in superman returns when he threw the baseball that his dog had brought over to him? or the football from superman the movie? what if all those bullets rebounding off his chest in superman returns had gone through a window across the street and killed some old lady?

Dude, you post some seriously odd questions.  Fair comment I suppose, but it is fantasy after all??
But in the same sense, what if Aliens landed in your garden??

Superman has x-ray and telescopic vision so he can see for miles where he's throwing things.

Well here's a wild one.

Why doesn't Clark go back in time to the day the red kryptonite thing started and stop himself, and then Jonathan wouldn't have had to get superpowers to bring him home from Metropolis and he wouldn't have gotten a heart problem and thus wouldn't have died last season?

But do you not find it odd then, that if he can fly so fast to change time he can't fly faster to catch up with the rocket??

Thats the odd thing about supes, he proves he is lightning fast when he flies, but whenever you see him fly elsewhere, even if there's trouble its all very leisurely.

Thats what Singer did well, you could actually feel how fast supes was flying especially in the plane scene, when he lands on the 'kryptonite island' and when you saw him leaving wake trails in the water.

they do that to keep the suspense rolling.  It's a movie trick that not to many ppl are happy about, yet when we think about, nothing would be a challenge for him if he moved that fast.

i ve said it b4 on other posts, thats the weird thing about supes, the writers have 2 really stretch their brains 2 create challenges 4 him since he is invincble, well bassically

so stretching reality is just, well its fiction! thats what it is
