Pages: 1 Posted:  23 Aug 2006 08:57 Registered User Currently Offline Posts:  449 Join Date: Jun 2006 do any of you think that some of supermans powers are kinda dumb? i never questioned his powers as a kid but as an adult, i have an issue with a few of them. mainly, the beams he can shoot from his fingers and eyes to move things. the beams i'm refering to are the ones in superman 2 where zod lifts the guy in the air with a beam from his finger (if zod has that power than so does superman) and in superman 4 where superman rebuilds the great wall of china with beams from his eyes. he's got powers but he's not magic. i was happy that they didn't show him using these particuluar "powers" in the new movie.
