"I have been redeemed and forgiven." (Colossians 1:14)
"I am the salt and the light of the earth." (Matthew 5:13-14)
no I don't have super powers, don't ask. since i've trained in martial arts almost all my life i'm a walking warrior. I also have trained my body to highten my senses. How does this relate? couple years ago, a friend of my startled me and in an instant response, I seriously hurt her. I don't ever want to do that to someone. Especially a girlfriend. So in addition to training my body, I have to untrain my self at the same time. Kind of like flipping a saftey button of on a gun. I want to be able to turn the saftey on when I need to, and not not have the saftey always off.
It's very hard to accomplish and most of my friends whom I tell this too just laugh. __________________

I'm sorry your friends laugh, it is not a laughing matter. It is serious and your friends should give this more credence.

I admire the discipline you have to do so. I have always been interested in martial arts, but now that I have been able to correct back issues that were causing me trouble for around 7 years I fear that I am too old to get into it. __________________

I'm sorry about your back, but you are never too old for martial arts. I mean take a look at my uncle, he is into it and he is 54 years old.

The other ones have the embedded code from YouTube posted here SF1, and what you have posted is a hyper link to the video.
You needed to have copied/pasted the video code listed just below the video URL to have it show up here:
