Pages: 1 Posted:  05 Oct 2005 00:30 Registered User Currently Offline Posts:  6 Join Date: Oct 2005 I have been working on a Superman novel for about a year or so now, and I would like to post a link to it here so that anyone who wants to can take a look at the 13 chapters I've written so far.  Most of the Superman fans who have read it have praised it.  In fact, one e-mails me almost regularly wondering when I'm going to write more (I'm prone to extended bouts of writer's block) and has even compared me to Maggin and Waid. The basic plot is not entirely original.  It has been done before.  However, I strongly believe I have brought enough originality to the concept to be worth reading.  It was largely inspired by the Smallville TV series, so my novel shares many aspects with it.  Yet I bring alot of my own to it as well. I'd appreciate any feedback, good or bad.  Anyone who's interested can find the complete text of the 13 chapters so far written at http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1787049/1/ Also, I hope to actually publish this someday.  So anyone who can give me any information as to what arrangements I need to make with DC Comics to avoid copyright violation, please let me know.
