I would have to say either Doomsday or Darkseid.

Doomsday all the way, I'd say from that list I least likely would want to see parasite since he drains Superman's powers and thus might mean less mass destruction and action by the weakened Superman.
I want a Superman to let lose, so it's got to be Doomsday, or maybe Darkseid. __________________
i would personally love to see Nuculear man done in a better way, like we could have him all updated and not boring

Zod and Lex team up to build Metallo who gets defeated, but not destroyed, in a major battle scene to end the movie. Then at the very end, just before the credits, have Lex and Zod build Brainiac who kills Zod but Lex escapes with Brainiac rebuilding Metallo turning him into Doomsday for the third movie.

the movie underworld had an actor who would be perfect for general Zod. In this movie he plays the main werewolf and when you see it you'll say to yourself that's the new villain.
