Finally got my Kirk Alyn 1940's Superman Movie Serial DVD set and I noticed something. You might disagree with me but I swear I hear B movie actor Bruce Campbell's voice in Kirk Alyn, and there seems to be some resemblance. Could classic B movie legend Kirk Alyn be related to the king of B movies, Bruce Campbell?
At any rate even though the serial is kind of cheap production wise, it's a whole lot of fun so far. The cliffhanger really gets you. I had to force myself to stop watching last night. It's truly a piece of history that is almost forgotten when you compare it to the attention of other Superman's throughout the years. Superman Kirk Alyn should have received more attention throughout the years. __________________

I've always liked Bruce Campbell, he's a good actor. You're right Tim, there's an uncanny resemblence b/w him an Kirk Alyn. I don't recall every seeing a complete Superman serial with Kirk Alyn, only one everynow and then that used to be run on TCM. __________________
The Bible is so powerful. It's not to be left on your shelf. It's to outline even the simplest scriptures that can mean so much in building yourself up.
"I am God's workmanship." (Ephesians 2:10)
"I have been redeemed and forgiven." (Colossians 1:14)
"I am the salt and the light of the earth." (Matthew 5:13-14)
