So you have decided to role play... well before you get started its time to get a few things straight.
To start off you have to create a character of your own... now in this case of it being a superman role play you have to choose a character that is taht world. When you have decided who you want to use its time to write out the profile
The information needed is as followed
Name:
Age:
Appearance:
Personality:
History:
For appearance you can place a picture of that character there or simply write how he or she looks.
Each thread in the rp will represent a location that every character can visit. One thread might be named Gotham while another may be named the fortress of sollitude. Characters if they wish do not at any time have to be restricted to one area but can travel to them all if they wish as long as they have the means to do so. In Supermans case he can fly to any of these locations, e.g if superman wants to go from gotham to the fortress of sollitude he you would have to write in gotham that he is leaving and in the fortress that he arrived.
Character limitations depend on who it is. If you are lex luthur and all of a sudden decide to fly to the moon it without transport it isnt going to happen now is it. Also think before you choose your character, who ever plays a big character like superman will have to be pretty active for the story to continue.
Duels are also a concern in rp and certain characters will get into this. If Superman gets into contact with Zod then you will have to both follow the rules and have a series of posts to win the other character in. Standard is three posts each where you decide to attack the other character with a series of attacks. When your post is over the other character will then write what damage was inflicted and then retaliate. When each character has completed their 3 posts against each other the head of the RP who ever that might be will have to decide on who the winner is on who did the best in the duel. This is decided by description, spelling even and not god modding meaning not making yourslef to invincible or it will just go back on you. After the winner is decided they will get to do one more post and this will be the killing post or in supermans eyes and other heros eyes putting that character in jail or something else. Once a character is dead they really cannot return but others can be made after yours is dead. If they are arrested then they will be able to escape but we will have to set a time frame for how long they are in jail.
Rules
1. Do not God mod "Do not make your character similar to god... meaning they can be hurt they can make mistakes and they dont know everything
2. Dont double post unless someone has not posted in the thread dor a week plus.
3. Keep swearing out of the RP it isnt in superman is it.
4. If you have to speak about matter that arent in character do it like this ((Place text here))
5. Killing someone without being given the go ahead or winning a duel is not allowed in role play.
