Anybody watch Heroes season finale. A lot of cool stuff happened. I just wonder if the brothers that flew up into the sky and blew up are really dead or not, and is hiro stuck in the distant past or what. What was that last scene all about?

Well, I do not understand why Nathan had to fly Peter up out of the city.  Peter had already been exposed to Nathan's ability to fly (and as I understand it, once Peter has been exposed to an ability he has the ability as well).  Anyhow, I figure Nathan flew Peter up away from the city, then took off away from him before he exploded.  Then with Peter having Clarie's ability to regenerate, Peter will pull himself back together in no time.

I figured Hiro traveled back in time to complete what we saw in the painting a while back of him killing a dragon.

My wife said the same thing, but I think the thing was he lost control of his powers which was connected to the blowing up deal.

I was thinking he was going back to the dinosaur days, but you are probably right.

Ah, that makes sense.  It was cool when he was able to go back and talk to Simone's father and find out he was to be the one to save the world.

Well, he did go back in time, but not quite that far!!  The caption on the screen said he was in Japan sometime in the 1600s, which was correct by the look of the shogun warriors they had there on horseback.

Right, I could have sworn the painting of Hiro was a dinosaur of some sort, but the dragon makes more sense now.

That was a cool scene. It made me want to see the original scene to see if there were any clues that he was seeing something invisible.

If anyone is interested, Hiro is going to meet his hero, the guy from his father's stories. Turns out to be a caucasian that has that symbol from the sword on his flag.

Peter and Sylar should both return.

HRG and Claire will still have important roles to play.

That eclipse in the opening credits will finally be explored.

There will be something of an army of new 'powers'.

Plenty of rumors, but these were the best, IMHO.

I watched it in 2 days, with extras and deleted scenes. Either says something about my commitment, how good the show is or that I had nothing better to do those two days.

The show is that good.
