Hi, just wanted to share with you that I went yesterday to Metroplis, Illinois to vist the Superman museum. My family and I had a great time. This guy has the largest collection of Superman memborblia. Every year on the 2nd weekend of June they have this huge Superman celebration. I'm going to try and go back to this in the next few weeks. If you ever get a chance to vist Metroplis, Illinois. Do it! Well worth the time!

I've wanted to for a long time, I've really been kicking around the idea for this year. The only thing standing in my way is the long trip and gas prices.

What kind of things do they have in the museum? How big is it?

He's got toys from the 1940's to present. Props from the TV series "The Adventures of Superman" "Superboy" "Lois & Clark" and "Smallville" Props from the all Superman movies. Did you know that Christopher Reeve wore a wig in all 4 Superman movies.I didn't know this until I visted the museum. He's got all 4 wigs on display. He has another museum not far from there called American Hollywood. Everything from Elivs to Houdini. At the A/H museum he's also got the largest DC toy collection on display. I thought this was cool. Well worth the drive for me and my family. We're about 6 hours from there. I live in Chicago.

Wow I didn't know that, I wonder why he did that, he had a whole head of hair. I always thought he just slicked back his hair.

I remember them saying on the DVDs that they used black shoe-polish on his hair, I think for the screen-tests.

He's got it to where should be able to just click on his e-mail, and your e-mail program should come up with a new message with his address put in for you.

copy and paste the e-mail into wherever you paste the address in, capitals or not, it's not case sensitive.

I just use yahoo webmail myself. I cant stand microsoft's program. Too many openings for viruses.

I definitely want to see the pics too. Try emailing them to me to at superherouniverse@yahoo.com. We need to get those posted. That would be awesome.

If it's easier you can also upload to the gallery at superherouniverse.com/art . Whatever's easier for you.
