I thought it was a pretty good episode. Also WOW this episode really showed Lex turning to the dark side thats for sure. When he had AC straped up not giving him water when he needed it really showed what Lex is going to become. It is almost kinda sad seeing Lex turn into this villan, but its exciting at the same time.

i agree..its starting to show lex's dark side..it is pretty sad to c the way he turns from a good friend to a evil person..aquaman and superman make a good team...

I hate seeing lex turn bad. It didn't quite seem like him on that episode. He was cruel for the sake of being cruel it seemed like. Also I was a little surprised Lex was heavy into arms deals already. I feel like I missed something. Has anybody heard any previous mention of Lex selling weapons to DOD on Smallville? Not that its' evil to sell weapons to DOD I just don't remember any mention of it before.

Ah, so your not a Lex fan I see. I think Clark doesn't want to have to kick his butt. You know Superman's got that code against killing so he's just going to stir Luthor up like throwing a rock at a hornet's nest.
Unless of course Lex goes to jail, but I don't even that would stop him from causing Clark grief.

Lex turning evil was bound to happen ... unless they want to really change the history from the comic. Seeing him tightroping between good and evil was getting dragging, and the writers probably knew it. Development wise, it's a necessary move.
