Any Bible scholars out there notice the story of King David (as told by Lex Luthor) sending his best friend out to battle to steal his woman was not right?
I've heard the story a million times, and I reread it just to be sure and I don't see any mention that Uriah the man in question was a friend. He was a very loyal soldier who would do anything for his country and king from what I gather, but not like the king's buddy. Don't get me wrong I like characters on a TV show referencing Bible characters for once, but shouldn't stick to the original story?
King David Bath-sheba Story
Has anybody else ever heard Uriah was King David's bud?
One more thing wouldn't it have been more fitting if Pa Kent was the one this episode to give Clark the moral of the show, especially one from the Bible.
I'm not knocking the show either for the drama kings out there. It's my job to point out every little detail of the show. __________________
