| A lot of people think Chloe will die, but I sure hope not. She is like the new Pete since Clark knows that she knows about his powers. I also think it would be cool if they brought Pete back. But I sure hope that if they bring him back that he wont have to die or something. | ||

| i know who it will be, Lexes Daddy! Thats right folks, some dude pissed off at him will try to kill him and lex, but of course clark will be there to whoop someones butt! (he always winds up beating the crap outta someone, powers or no) but only after Lionel is dead. i personally would wait, but you know clark. just my speculation. anyways, thats what i think. | ||

| I think that it is going to be Chloe because anyone who learns about Clarks secret either ends up dead or goes away somehow. I mean remember Pete Ross, he moved away. But Alicia, Clark's previous girlfriend, gets killed. They most of the time, kill off anyone who learns about Clark's secret. They have to keep the parents because of their role in the show. | ||

I think either Chloe or Pa Kent is gonna die. Here's the reason:
Lois Lane and Clark Kent (obviously) appear in the three Superman movies. Lana Lang appears in the third movie. However, Chloe isn't anywhere seen in the movies. Also, we know that Pa Kent is gonna die sometime (like we all do). |

I just can't be Chloe. I love her I would die with her if she died. But it's true as you guys say, she has all the odds against her since she's not in any of the movies. But who says that they have to follow the story of superman?? Maybe the don't?? We never know if Chloe shows up in a forth movie or so??
I think it would be a shame if Chloe died, I would personally fly all the way to America from Sweden where I live a walk in to the office where the producers are and tell them to bring her back from the dead and I will not leave until they do so... That's how much I love Chloe...and she should be with Clark... |

YEY! that makes me feel betta, lana is in one of the superman videos... that means i can keep watching the show! (I wouldnt if thay killed off Kristen Kreuk -- i mean lana) I kinda hope its like chloe, i kno shes all like clarks best bud, but she knows about his powers. They just have to kill her off, pete knew; he moved. Alicia knew; she got hunged. Chloe knows...

| Cool forum folks!!! After reading every response I have to kindly and respectfully disagree with those who use the movies and past Superman franchise installments as theoretical baselines for determining who may and may not die as there is no true and decisive continuity from Movie to Show or Show to Movie. Having said that, I think it is a great idea though, using them as determining factors! So in my opinion I would have to say that there is some decisive forshadowing in the Smallville Episodes alone that point to the future death of one of these two characters: Johnathan Kent or Chloe Sullivan. Using the show's evident forshadowing throughout the series for example, (Not a quote verbatium) "I would die before I betray you Clark" said Chloe in the Splinter Episode and "I will never reveal your secret Clark as long as I live" said Alicia Baker played by the beautiful Sarah Carter. Soon after, the next episode to be exact, she dies! However, as ironclad as her promise seemed she still revealed Clark secret, to Chloe... Despite, what I feel is relevant about Chloe's potential, future, untimely death, I cannot seem to shake the forshadowing of Johnathan's Heart condition through the episodes following Exile. There has been strong suggestions of a future Heart Attack like when he passed on the cigar offered by General Lane, "...My heart isn't what it used to be!" but, who knows... However, if it isn't Chloe or Mr. Kent, Probability and Statistics have nothing on Smallville and the varibles in my calculation were as far off as thinking that Alexander, the evil half of Lex, would kill him and assume the role as Lex having completed the voyage to the darkside in Season Four's "Onyx". The only thing worse than a physiological deterioration is a spiritual and emotional one, like knowing what is right and wrong inside you and going with the wrong. Physical is finite and easy to overcome but Emotional and Spirtual are not as easy to conquer... I shall pray for the good Lex Luthor to prevail!!! Long live LexCorp!!! | ||
