Still got the era=achr, feels like a gland thing going on--like mumps!!! That is a kid thing. I have got to stop watching kid's shows. Now look.
Scaper I hope you are felling better each day Say "Every day, in every way, I am feeling better and better" That is called an "affirmation" Your subconscious will take hold of that after awhile and believe it, and that will make you get better. You have no choice once you take it into your subconscious. If you body can--it WILL begin to heal up.
Good Morning Kellen. Hope you are doin' good. You've gone missing awhile!

I didn't get off the couch ALL day. I feel better (ear) altho I still seem to have a swollen gland. It is better anyhow and I'll be O.K.tomorrow.
Sounds like you got some good vitamins there!
Good stuff, keep taking one a day till you are doing handsprings all over there.
I heard that the strike may be "over" somehow and we at least get a new one next Thursday. That is sooo good, huh?
I an wondering if you will be doing a small Metropolis City someday. For Tim, or yourself. That would be so neat, but I don't know how that can be done, is that possible, do you suppose.

Poor you hey! I do hope your ears clear up. That sucks so much. It makes you dizzy, it's so annoying having loss of hearing. Now it's your turn to say... I'm feeling better, I'm feeling better!!!
It seems like the strike could most certainly be on the last stretch.
As for building that city. That's what I'm doing, but it will take some time to finish some buildings. I want to photograph some of my newest projects but I can't as my new camera broke! It's under warranty but it may take 6 weeks. I do have a half decent Panasonic FZ 4 (back up) but that too is in the repair shop, though I'll have it back this weekend! Maybe even tomorrow. So I may have some new photos to share. That's why I've been finding old ones to scan!

Yup, I'll get some blank CD's and download some cool clips from this guys N scale city it's amazing. I just can't start building the actual layout until I know I've got all the buildings I need. As each building can take up several inches of space and I want it really planned out well. I've got 2 large skyscrapers planned for the next week or so, and I've been pacing myself on how much time I spend on building these buildings. They take a lot of time
But I also don't want to become a hermit either! hahahha!!! I have a specific goal starting next week for the Gym. Working out, and getting in good shape!
I'm excited about it.
I'll see if I can post some more photos tomorrow or next weekend. I will though set up some fun photos for tim. I did a bit of organizing yesterday, I'll have the rest of the house shuffle finished soon, and I'll set my buildings up in my room. I've got a really nice glass cabinet I'm putting most in. I also have move my bed, dresser etc so where I do put them they'll be out of any sunlight.
So, Shadow... I really do hope you perk up! I can totally relate to how you feel. Get better hey! Positive Affirmation!!!

Anna, here's the website for the squirrels picture:
The Bible is so powerful. It's not to be left on your shelf. It's to outline even the simplest scriptures that can mean so much in building yourself up.
"I am God's workmanship." (Ephesians 2:10)
"I have been redeemed and forgiven." (Colossians 1:14)
"I am the salt and the light of the earth." (Matthew 5:13-14)

I was trying to figure out the tomb stone as well.
Hey David, did you get that link from up top or my flickr account. I thought I had put a protection on my flickr photos that only I could post them. Interesting, not that I mind, I'm just curious.
I found that people were stealing my photos. Even my high rise photos. I found one of my buildings on a Japanese website promoting the products! Go Figure! Asses!!!
Anyways, let me know I'd be interested! __________________

Yup, spell check is a good thing!! The picture is probably blurry b/c of the resolution being too small for a desktop picture.

Yes, it is a tombstone that I have for my avatar. The tombstone is blank, so don't strain your eyes trying to read it!!

Sorry about that Bob, all I did was right click on the picture, here in this thread, then clicked on properties. There I was able to highlight and copy the website address that the picture was located at. However, I just checked and found I can save the picture from this thread to my computer, so you may want to re-check your privacy options.
I had just re-sized the image to a large size, sharpened it, and was going to repost it here so Shadow could try using it for her desktop. However, I'll wait for the okay from you first. __________________

Dude that's fine! See if you can log into my flickr account and download a photo file.
By the way I always had problems spelling squirrel until I took a bunch of photos of some this year and spelling it over and over stuck it in my mind.
Here's a photo I took in the fall in Beacon Hill Park downtown.

Well, I searched for your username at flickr.com, I did not have to sign into your account to view and save the photo.

Oh my!!! No, no Shadow - nothing like that whatsoever!!!
The tombstone avatar is just a reminder to myself to think more about the hereafter. __________________

Here you go Shadow, this pic is at an 800x600 resolution. If I push it any larger, it gets really grainy.

I got it, how sweet of you to do that!! Hug!
Why not make a story from a progressive avatar thingy? We could all guess what you are saying. I just love a mystery.
PLEASE do NOT be thinking of death when you are still so young. Heath Ledger was thinking about it in a recent interview you know. You have to think only of "thoughts of life"--If a depressing thought comes to mind--Imagine it is a picture hanging up there in your head...TAKE IT DOWN, (see yourself in your minds-eye" physically taking it down, and then see your self hanging up a newer happier picture right up where the sad one was" Please!)
i know.... Harder than pounding rock when depressed, but keep trying, finally one will stay up that is happy. Sending "LOVE" here it comes! A lil' burst of love, feel it? ya gotta feel it!! I sent you a really vital burst! Everybody send Davey good thoughts. We wuv you!

No problem Shadow!! Thanks for the kind words, but don't worry about me!! Remember worrying doesn't do a person any good!! The Bible says it right (paraphrasing here), who among you adds a day to your years by worrying!!
I actually just went through recently and composed my Will. It's just one of those things a person has to do eventually, and I like to have things out of the way!! It's all good, I tend to find humor pretty much anywhere - even in morbid subjects, LOL!!
Anyhow, don't worry about me, you just focus on getting better hey!! __________________

So nice that aka Shadow is so concerned for you Davie! hahahaa!!! Just joking as you mentioned the Davie thing the other day.
AS for me, I even remember as a kid I'd stay away and say..."I'm going to die one day" My mom would get so upset and say your so young why say such foolish things. I would say it's not foolish its reality. She would get upset. The fact is it's the one thing in life we have no control over. It use to bother me. I'm always conscious of time. It's such a gift. We don't live forever but it's so important to make every minute worth living. Whether to make someone smile, or to give back to people less fortunate. Never take any day forgranted. I have no fears in death. Even though I know it's just a flesh death and much more is waiting on the other side of this limited life, there's still such a mystery to it. I know I feel my Great Aunt and Great Uncle and Grandpa around me all the time. I know for a fact that when it happens it will be an exciting time and experience. Though I don't long for it. My physical being wishes I could be young for ever. I know even in my 30's I'm so young in mind. I'm still in great physical shape, and I'm energetic. I just look forward to everyday and making the most of it. I love my hobbies, friends, family, dog....you guys!!! It would be so nice to have a pause button, but it's not meant to be, there's something even more beautiful to experience one day. But till then, party on Earth hey!!!
Well that's my phylosophy! spelling.... ooops! hehehehe!!! __________________

Well enjoy the movie! What movies have you watched today?
By the way for you American Folk out there I've been watching the South Carolina Party Presidential nomination coverage. Wow I like that Obama. I'm a very ultra Right Wing person. But he's got great passion, stage presence etc. I was very impressed with his victory speech. I tried to listen to Hilary but I could only stand to listen to her for a few minutes and turned back to the NHL All star Weekend coverage. She's horrible! My goodness heaven help you guys if she's elected! I hope my southern brothers have a better mind than to vote for her!!! Do any of you guys like her? I know David's answer... Wow, so annoying!
As for the Republican candidates, I like Huckabee as far as honesty and respect, but I hate his tax idea. I also think he lacks strength. I might be wrong on that, but that's how he comes across. I think he needs to raise more money next time he runs too. As far as Mc Cain, He's so old school. I'm very disappointed in the Republicans. The Candidates are so week. There's not a single one I'd like to see as president for you guys. Maybe Obama would make a good president. Though I worry about his extreme Social agenda. He seems more Socialistic than Some of our Canadian Parties. More Socialistic than our Current Conservative Government.
Anyways, maybe you guys aren't into U.S. politics, or you won't want to make public your thoughts. I just thought I'd share my non American View! hahahhaa!!! __________________

Sorry Shadowland!! I should have more clearly defined my earlier post!!! I was giving Scaper a hard time for his earlier comments. Yes, I knew you were using Davey as short for dharvey, and you're right - it does save on spelling!! I had inquired to Tim about changing my user name here to dh1031, since many folks refer to me simply as DH. However, to do that, I would have to create a new account, and Tim would have to cancel my current account - it just wound up being more trouble that it was worth!! Again, I'm sorry that you thought I was getting after you Shadowland!!
Now Scaper on the other hand, he deserves every bit of my ire!!! Ha!!!
Quote: I'm waiting for it!
Just so I don't disappoint you Scaper!!
And just for good measure Scaper!!
