Last week at a yard sale I got a deck of 1956 Superman cards with Clark, Superman, Lois, Jimmy, Lex,Perry, etc. and a bunch of assorted people, scientist, doctor  etc.etc.  No Lana or Chloe who may not have been part of the story then. Does anybody else have these?  Any value?  Maybe I can try to load some of the cards for you to see.(tomorrow)  It is a card game of some kind, complete.Kinda funny over 50 years old and still in good shape, all there.

Are you sure the cards were made originally in 1956? If they were I'd say you have a great find. Whether or not it's extremely valuable or not I don't know, but I would have loved to find them.

Hey!  Wish mine were the Topps TV show cards up to $65, but mine are a kids game and they are full color cartoon characters, several of each person so maybe play like one of the kid games, fish, rummy, old maid.  The direction card is there but I stuck them up in the closet with the comic books i got there   That old lady  with the sale I helped set up --where last week I got Dishman Comic and 3 others---also gave me a few things when I helped her take her sale down. I liked  to have the things that are "sort of" related to Smallville . Maybe I'll keep looking now that I have a SMALL start.

YES!  THAT IS IT!!  1966 not 56.
I bookmarked the site and will check it when it is over.  41 years old I think is probably good.  Seems like they have it in the right category, Collectibles-comic-superman. I guess you could try to sell it in a toy category too.
Have I gone completely nuts!  I actually want to keep them and my comics.  I got "the fever"

l'll probably look for more stuff and in a few years collapse a shelf!
Thanks Pakrat--

Woah there scaper, I kno you were just trying to make a funny there (and it was funny) but the pic was just a little to revealing for this family-orientated board.

Keep it clean, keep it fun.

That Superman Kid's Card Game I  have and was telling Pakrat were the same deck as he found on eBay,(scroll up 6) were sold on eBay.  There were 2 decks of them that sold--and the range is only $10-16.There was one other listed for $29 and it didn't get a bid. I am not doing so well with the few things I have got as far as value goes. BUT I'm still going to keep looking around, I have a tendency to be "lucky".
I still will try to post some pics from the loony "Dishman"COMIC (Superman take-off, 1982)
P.S.  There it is as an avatar anyway.

Correction, my rare Dishamn comic is not 1982 as I said, I looked again and it is Sept. 1988 Vol.1-- #1
The cover says "The Mundane Adventures Of DISHMAN"
"Unfathomable New Powers Have Dishman's Fragile Romance All Washed Up" Price $2.50  Eclipse Comics
Now you have all the information about this you'll ever want!  O.K.  I know---- That is enough of that.  Hopefully I'll find different collectible Superman related  stuff next- week.  Are those groans??
What have you got? Show us.

See the avatar?  The Pres of Diamond Comic Distributors will pay between $25,000 and 1 MILLION dollars for one--The first edition of Superman, he says 1938.  And the price is decided by condition I guess.  Does anyone here have it? And would you sell it if you did???
