Episode #7-11: "Siren" Air Date: January 2008 Guest Stars: Justin Hartley (Oliver Queen/The Green Arrow) - UPDATED 10/23/07: The Black Canary appears in this episode (hence, the "Siren"), and yes, Oliver Queen is back too. - UPDATED 10/18/07: This is looking more and more like it will be the "return of the Green Arrow" episode, though we still cannot confirm anything. (UPDATED: See Oct. 23 news) - UPDATED 10/11/07: Smallville creator Al Gough tells TV Guide that Chloe will be "in quasi-Watchtower mode around Episode 11."
