It bends light around itself and projects the image on it's outer skin. You can't see by the naked eye. I don't even want to think about what Al-Queda could do with invisi-tech.  Hell on Earth. Luckly it doesn't seem to be fool-proof. It looks to be inivisible from only one side, therefore if there was an attack on 2 sides, 1 group would be able to see it still.  So it's not complete invisibilty persay.
