i was at a comic convention this past weekend and there were quite a few sci fi celebs there. david prowse (darth vader) was there. the two klingon chicks(the duras sisters) from star trek were there. a bunch of artists from marvel and DC including david finch were there. tim, you might have heard of him. richard hatch from both battlestar galactica incarnations was there as was "Boomer" from the original series. and margot kidder. i talked to her and she is super nice. she might be buying property in the city i live in as she was born in the same province. she said, and i quote: "i don't want anymore of my tax dollars going toward Bushes bombs."  gotta love it. next year, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Superman the movie, the guests will be noelle neill (lois lane from the 40's-50's) margot kidder again, and erica durance. allison mack is also scheduled. i'm not usually into the autograph thing but i have a "Superman's girlfriend: lois lane" comic that i think would look cool signed by all 3 loises. plus, i gotta see if erica durance is as hot in person.

I'll save my political comment for our political site, but sounds like it was a fun time. I have heard of Richard Hatch from Battlestar Galactica. I believe he's even written some Battlestar Galactica Books.

Getting the Lois Lanes to sign a comic book sounds like a great way to create a awesome collector's item. I wonder if you were going to sale it, how you could verify the signatures? Cause that could be worth a lot of money on Ebay one day. Who knows.

Okay, I'll bite my tongue too!!    Tim, maybe you could edit that part out of the post as it is not germane to Smallville/Superman??

It's not that big a deal actually whether I agree with or not it is kind of like a mini interview from Margott Kidder. We have our first official quote from a Superman movie star, and Zod was the one to give it to us. Now why didn't he bring a tape recorder and do a whole interview. Oh well can't have everything.

Or why not a mp3 player equipped with a voice recorder, or how about these new slim-line camcorders?  Oh well!

I guess I'm one to talk, I was nervous when I talked to that Captain Marvel actor a couple of years ago. I got pretty close once to Lou Ferrigno and saw Adam West from a distance. I couldn't afford to pay for autographs though.
