SupermanTV.net Forum / Superman / Smallville / What Was Clark Thinking? (No, Really!)

These fall under the category of "What was Clark thinking?"

In "Extinction," he uses lead to shield his chest from Van McNulty's kryptonite bullets.

And what if Van had decided to shoot him in the head?

Likewise, when he blew up the ship at the end of Season Two, he didn't think he might get hurt?

In "Obsession," he traps Alicia Baker in a room with lead paint and tells her police are on their way.

Assuming police are actually on their way, how were they to hold on to Alicia once they took her out of the room?

then he would have raised the shield to block his head...

He doesn't think of himself when saving others.

the last one I don't remember so someone else will have to answer it for you.

A bracelet like the one she originally wore that took away her power.

Or if they did not have the lead braclet at that time, a moble lead-lined transport would suffice.

The bracelet actually never showed up until Season Four with "Unsafe" and "Pariah."

There's a song that goes "They call the wind Mariah."  In this case, "They call Alicia Pariah."

Yup, that's why I suggested the lead-lined transport.
