I meant to post this before the show came on, but I forgot all about it. John Schneider aka the deceased Jonathan Kent was on the time travel show on NBC called Journeyman as the host of a wife swapping party in the 1970's of all things!
It was a small part, but still good to see Schneider back on TV.
Speaking of Journeyman it's really worth watching if you get a chance. There's a big mystery as to why the main character keeps going back and forth from the past to the present. He helps people out much like Quantum Leap. __________________
I've not watched it as it looked like an exact copy-cat of Quantum Leap. I enjoyed Quantum Leap, but they drove me nuts not letting Sam go back home much/at all/or when he did, not for long. __________________

So far this guy pops into the past of the person needing help at different points in time. He helps them and pops back into the present in between this stops into the past. He has no control over it, and worse whenever he pops into the past whatever time he spends in the past he misses in the present. So if he spends 8 hours in the past his wife gets mad because he's gone all day.
He doesn't know how this is happening, but he's been in contact with a mysterious dude that may be the key. Also interesting he met his ex-fiancee and found out she's a time traveler from the past. He thought she had been dead the whole time. __________________
But Lionel hasn't married Martha and I don't think he ever will. It would have been crazy tho, Martha being married to Jonathan and then Lionel. They so different from one another!

Doesn't look like Martha is even going to appear on the show anymore enough to marry Lionel.
Anybody know specifically why her character was written off? __________________
I love that show, imagine Lionel and Jonathan swapping wives.
