See ya guys, I'm to go back go home. My father is back in the hospital so I need to be there for him.My mother gave me the phone call late last night when he was admitted. I told her that I would be on the next flight out. Who knows if this is it or if I get more time with him again, either way I'm spending every moment I possibly can. I gotta go because my flight leaves in 3 hours. So I say to you guys,dharvey1031&scaper, keep everyone laughing, because you sure do have me laughing all the time. Goodbye everyone. __________________ The

Thanks Roxy Roller!
I missed this post though I posted a prayerful recovery to your father on the other post. However, I wish and pray for all the best to your father and to a speedy recovery. As I mentioned in the other post, see if you can catch the internet over there in Germany!

So David...
Get this... Tonight...oh my! This is bad. O.K. let's start from the beginning. I had to go out to Sidney tonight to my brothers, then I had to go down to Oakbay for my friend Jerry. Both at complete opposite ends of the city. Anyways After getting to my brothers, I dropped some stuff off back at my house, then I was talking to my friend Jerry. We were laughing cause I haven't shaved for over 5 weeks! I look so funny. One of the girls at the Nursery I go to, said I looked so different and so much older she hardly recognised me a bit ago. So I told Jerry, you know what...I'm going back to the gym full time tomorrow so how about going to McDonald's for one last McFeast. He laughed and said Sounds good. I had Coupons, like buy one get one free coupons it's so bad! So We both ate so much food I still feel so gross! hahahaha. I had a Quarter Pounder, large fries, large Coke, a Double Quarter Pounder with extra Cheese, and some cookies! hahaha.. Jerry had the same. So BAD!!! Anyways After eating we talked for over an hour laughing, also talking business, but mostly joking about stuff. We got back on talking about the Gym...he said how funny it was that My hair is so long. (My hair is so long, I haven't cut it since September, so long!!! Pretty Blonde from the Summer too.) Anyhow, He said I shouldn't cut my hair or shave my face until I complete my workout goal which would take till probably like may or June. O.K. I'm seriously thinking of this. Like no one would probably recongnise me afterwards. My hair is at my shoulders already so I'm seriously thinking of doing this for something fun to do. However, this is the longest I've ever gone without shaving, the hair I could do easy, I had really long hair a few years ago as I donated it to Cancer for wigs. The not shaving thing will be hard, but I find it so funny to think of doing this! Maybe I'm just weird. Hmmmm I'll have to think on this. Seriously though....Getting a Date with havin' the beard now would be like seriously hard. Going to May hahahahahaha... Like Never. However I'm not really in the mood for dating much right now. I know when we talked the other day, I said I thought I may just start dating some girls for fun since I've held myself out of the dating scene so long because of business. But I think I'm going to put most of my energy into the Gym, business, and getting the Mustang going! Well, what's your thoughts... I guess I should have emailed this to you, but then again if anyone else has some thoughts....feel free! Hey how gross is eating that much McPuke's hey! I still feel so Blah now. I'm going to go drink a litre of water right now! hmmmm... Oh yeah that's 1000 mililiters.
Anyways, Good luck with you know what! And keep me up to date! Also I guess if I go to Albany, I'd probably not want to go looking like Grizzly Adams, though it could be pretty funny!!! I'm actually laughing right now... A combination of being tired, and being overly contaminated from McDonald's overload!!!
Well I'm off!!! I'm landscaping my front yard tomorrow! Cheers! ![]() __________________ Don't mess with me...I'm like a super BABY!!!![]() |

Good Lord Bob!!! Overboard much!!!! LOL!!!! Well, I cannot eat at McD's (or most restaurants b/c of food allergies). They say you should drink a large glass of water before a meal (water is supposed to be filling and keep you from overeating).
Started the new job today, anyhow, the CEO got back yesterday from a tradeshow in Las Vegas. He informed us that there's another trade show taking place in April in High Point, NC. He wants to have one of us over at the trade show at all times. I'm not sure how long the trade show will run (maybe a week). Anyhow, the bad news is that the CEO thinks the trade show starts April 7th (although he was not certain). That sucks b/c it would effectively kill me being able to go to Albany. I did tell him that there was an event I was to attend the first part of April, and he said we'd work something out. So, we'll see how it goes - eh! As far as your question, hmm, good question. I'm the last person to give out suggestions on dating (being that I've not gone out on dates). Whatever you decide, I'd recommend a shave and a haircut!! __________________ The Bible is so powerful. Hey I'm not cutting the hair for a while...I'm liking the long hair! It's the nonshaving thing going on that makes me laugh cause I've got a bushy beard going on. I look in the mirror and it looks funny. I'll definitely keep the long hair going till the summer. I'll see how long I can take the beard. Like I say I find it funny. As far as dating. I'm just talking about fun dates. Nothing serious. I've not even dated anyone for probably 4-5 years. Just nose to the grind stone and working hard, etc. I guess I'm at a place where I'm thinking...who cares, let's just have some fun and don't be too serious. I'm not interested in a serious relationship too much. However if I was to meet a fantastic girl I wouldn't push it away. However with the possiblity of living in Vancouver for a year, while running a business over here, as well as other things on my plate, I'm not sure if it would be a good thing to get involved in a relationship right now anyways. I guess if I had my choice, I'd say not right now, but you never know who you may meet. I guess I just like to live life, have fun, and keep away from dishonest people and stressful situations.
Anyways, Wow that was a lot of Calories last night. Talking about food though, I need to make something healthy, then I'm off to the Gym tonight. I'm also debating about going to see Rambo tonight too! Hmmmm..... What to do!
Have a good night Buddy! I'm glad the Job went well today! I prayed that it would be a good experience for you! Let me know how this Albany trip plays out for you. I would still like to go! Cheers, Bob __________________ Don't mess with me...I'm like a super BABY!!!![]() |

Hey let me know how gory Rambo is. Cause if it's like horror movie gross, I'll have to wait for the TV version. You know like guts hanging out with closeups and all that or if it's just bang boom and keep on going to the next bad guy. __________________ |

I didnt find it as gory as Brave Heart. Though there are some nasty scenes. I personally really liked it. Do you want me to describe a few details for you? I don't want to ruin anything for you though! ![]() __________________ Don't mess with me...I'm like a super BABY!!!![]() |

Just do it is Nike!
So is Rambo like showing guts and peoples heads cut off at close range or is the violence mostly at a distance and quickly shot. I just can't stand to have the camera focused on gore for 5 minutes per bad guy being taken out. I like it when the good guy shoots the bad guy and just keeps going. I don't need to see details. __________________ |

No there is the odd scene where people are running across a mine field and they get blown apart. Other times people get ripped apart by machine gun fire etc, but there is an actual good story line and the gore isn't the movie. And the Gore isn't the focus of it. I'm not one for huge gore either but I really liked the movie! I still say you should do it! ![]() __________________ Don't mess with me...I'm like a super BABY!!!![]() |

that was hard core. Saving P. R. was such a realistic movie. Definitely less violent than that by far!!!!
I have such great appreciation for what those people (our ancestors) did for us. I think... Could I have done that? I mean I can't imagine Tim. My Grand Father was on a Canadian Frigit in the North Alantic, when his ship was sunk by a German U boat. He clung onto a piece of wood for six hours in sub freezing waters, when a British Patrol Ship found him and pulled him up. His face was clinched, his hands had to be pried off the chunk of wood. HE lived beyond all probabilities. After that they nick named him the Bee cause of how his face was and how he clung onto the piece of wood. Amazing what so many people endured through that time. Our Conservative Government is trying to push through legistlation right now to keep our Canadian Troops in Afganastan for an extra two years. They are to be brought back at the end of 09. The Liberal Party and New Democrat Party are trying to block passing this bill so that the troops can come back sooner. IF this happens it will force an elections as The Conservatives have made it a Confidence vote. I hope the troops do stay, it's our duty. We are fighting the hardest part of the Afgan war. The rest of the Allied forces are in the North playing cards and doing squat. They won't help because of how violent it is where the Canadian Troops are fighting. The Americans are spread too thin in Iraq and other areas of Afganastan.. I spelt that wrong but anyways. I'm proud of what our Canadian Military is doing there! CNN is somewhat American focused so you don't get the world perspective of what really goes on. The French, Danish, Germans, Etc. They are too weak in taking a stand cause ot the public outcry. Yet I believe we need to stick it out and secure these places. __________________ Don't mess with me...I'm like a super BABY!!!![]() |

Go Canucks! Canadians and Americans got to stick together on foreign issues that's for sure.
What's a Canuck stand for anyway? say did you ever answer my question about the advertising in Canada. You said something about there not being any commercials allowed on tv or something in Canada. Was that true? __________________ |

Yup gotta stick together! Brother's of a Common Mother right!
That's a funny question, Canuck. I don't even know where this term came from. Funny hey. How about Yankee? Where did that term come from? OR the shortened version Yank. Funny hey! Tim the whole advertising thing up here makes me mad. They block the U.S. commercials and put in Canadian Commercials I don't know why they do this. Everyone up here gets so pissed off. It's nothing short of Government Control. I'm a strong right winger, and I hate certain parts of the Canadian Government Boards. There is the CRTC, Wheat Boards, Dairy Boards etc. The CRTC dictates how much Canadian content is on Music stations, F.M. and A.M. stations etc. Every hour a specific amount of Canadian Content has to be played on air. This is fine because there are so many Canadian artist that it's no different than listening to an American Station. And if I want here in Victoria I pick up every station in Seattle, Tacoma, Bellingham, Victoria, Vancouver, etc so there's endless stations on the dial. The Wheat boards and Dairy Boards dictate how much wheat and milk etc can be produced and sold by Canadian farmers. It's too keep the prices of the products high. If a farmer produces too much down the drain the milk goes and the wheat, corn etc gets burned...mind you children are starving to death in India. It's so retarded. It's Socialism in extreme. Maybe the U.S. has these boards too I'm not sure. Anyways the CRTC blocks these American Ads during the superbowl. I hate it. Always hate Goverment Control! Bad Bad Bad Bad Stuff! ![]() __________________ Don't mess with me...I'm like a super BABY!!!![]() |

Tim,
Here's an article from CBC on Canada's situation in Afghanistan. This is the coolest stat...Demining: Foreign Affairs says Canada has helped clear about one third of the estimated 10 million to 15 million mines in Afghanistan. http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/afghanistan/canada.html __________________ Don't mess with me...I'm like a super BABY!!!![]() |
