She seems really strange the last episodes. I don't believe or trust Lana, I wonder if Clark is suspicious about her. I can tell Chloe is. I hope we will be getting a lot more episodes coming and the strike ends so we can at least see the episodes that are ready--the ones the writers finished not needing re-writes.
I really believe Lana is being devious and I hope we do finally get to see why.

I still wonder if the Lana that is alive is actually the clone and the real Lana is Dead. Clark doesn't even know of the Clone thing yet does he?
And who could ever tell if she was the real one or the clone? Except if she is the clone there could be a defect of some kind, but only possibly. Memories maybe? Could Lex have known enough about her to implant memories to fool her friends? Could Lex have actually killed Lana? Does Lex know that this Lana could really be the Clone? He has to wonder right. I mean his brother is a clone and yet the Clone has no idea that he was anything but a clone. So Lana being a Clone may not even realize that she's not really Lana...but then again... Maybe she is Lana!!! hmmm... Could there be more than one clone? Could the real Lana be locked up somewhere by Lex? Could this whole thing be create by Lex so he could keep the real Lana Loced up in his Castle where she'd never leave him? Could that Van that drove by picked up Lana by Lex, Lex planted one of the Clones to be blown up in the Car and another Clone to play the Lana that we see now, while again the real Lana is locked up in the Castle! Evil Lex.... you never never know!!! __________________

We will know. I think Lex loves Lana yet, and I am not so sure his kind of loving hasn't left an everlasting effect on her. I'll vote he has her somewhere in the Luthor Mansion. A clone would explain the strange, strange way Lana has been acting.If the episodes continue we are supposed to get answers to all our questions in the series finale, right? That would be great and hopefully we will go on to a Season 8 and 9 etc.

I hope we have more than 10 season of Smallville that would be so awesome. This show rocks and it would be so cool if goes all the way into when he becomes a star reporter for the Daily Planet and into being Superman even though I know they said no cape and no tights. He is still saving lives without the costume yet. But i hear that Chloe is leaving or she will be dead soon or something like that and she won't be coming back to life. __________________

Yes, that was so weird when Lara told Lana she knew there was something she was hiding in her that was "dark" !! Good that you picked that up and shared it SMan Rox.
Now what is that?? She was told not to give into "it". Hummmm. So it can't really be a clone thing, but just about all here agree, she is "different".. Can it be because she was joined to Lex for awhile she lost some thing about her character and decency? I honesty feel she is holding feelings for Lex. he does seem kinda "unforgettable"!!He may be capable of turning a woman bad. Maybe he can exert some kind of power and influence over her. Like a "Svengali"-man, . Could she be hypnotized/ or mind controlled... do you suppose? Maybe she is planning to join him in his quest for world domination?? WOW! That would be something, wouldn't it?? There is definitely something not right about Lana. Could some bad, dead Smallville person be inhabiting her body, maybe. Who would that be???How will I sleep 2nite with this stuff going around in my head? Ugggh!

I thought I would share because I have been trying to figure out what's wrong with Lana and I thought this would help me out. And if I got more opinions in about it, maybe you guys help me figure out What's Going On With Her As Well. __________________

I think I may know what is happening. Lana is her and not a clone but her hatred for Lex is consuming her so she is getting as much revenge as she can but trying to stay on the good side for Clark, but it's so difficult because while she was with Lex some of his power trip rubbed off onto her and Now she wants more power but over Lex because of what he did to her. She doesn't know how to how to keep the hatred down or how to get rid of it because she is letting it consume her so badly. But while she is trying to please Clark she also wants to make that Lex pays for what he has done, so she hides from everyone.

Yep! Good call. Makes perfect sense. Hatred will change a person alright.In fact one can become rigid with hate, and actually become ill, or invite disease in--DIS-EASE get it. Lana sure IS in DIS-EASE.The tension is there! You can really tell that. Still, I think there is something more existing besides the tetter-tottering of trying to balance love-hate. I hope we find out and the series doesn't leave of hanging!! So YES! Somebody else here is wondering and it isn't "just you".
