Hey all, and especially Tim,

I have a few friends coming over to my studio saturday.  If everyone wants, I can set aside some time early and preform a take down on video showing you the step-by-step procedures.  It's one of thousands but it's an easy one to start with.

Would you all like that?

Can't wait.

Does Sensei look like Pat Morita by any chance?

Appearances can be deceiving.

I so wish I had time and money enough to learn martial arts and still work out at the gym. Combining strength training with martial arts is the way to go.

Bruce Lee was a big believer in strength training to go along with his martial arts.
